Weekdays –  Mixed Sessions: 4pm, 5pm, 6pm & 8pm

Ladies Only: 10am & 7pm 

     Saturday – Mixed Sessions: 10am, 5pm, 6pm & 8pm

Boost Burn – Sunday
Kick-start your week with Boost Burn, specially designed to combat those post-weekend blues! It’s a high energy session focused on fat burning and building muscle by using a combination of workouts. Prepare to sweat it out!!
Boost Power – Monday
For all you power junkies out there, join us for a total body workout that will build muscle, increase strength and tone your body! Depending on your fitness level we will be using 65-90% of your repetition maximum (1RM) to ensure maximum results.
Boost Core – Tuesday
Engage your Core! We use a variety of exercises to engage your most essential area – The Core. Upper abs, lower abs, obliques, lower back, hips….prepare to feel the burn!
Boost Motion – Wednesday
Keep moving! A combination of exercises that helps you improve your agility, coordination and balance – expect hurdles, battle ropes, skipping etc
Boost 30 – Thursday
We know that when it comes to the last day of the working week all you want is a quick intense workout that will kick off your weekend in style!
Boost Camp – Saturday
Weekend Workout – Exercises are varied to help you reach your peak fitness in a fun and friendly way!
