Boost Power – Tuesday
For all you power junkies out there, join us for a total body workout that will build muscle, increase strength and tone your body! Depending on your fitness level we will be using 65-90% of your repetition maximum (1RM) to ensure maximum results.
Boost Core – Wednesday
Engage your Core! We use a variety of exercises to engage your most essential area – The Core. Upper abs, lower abs, obliques, lower back, hips….prepare to feel the burn!
Boost Motion – Thursday
Keep moving! A combination of exercises that helps you improve your agility, coordination and balance – expect hurdles, battle ropes, skipping etc
Boost 30 – Friday
We know that when it comes to the last day of the working week all you want is a quick intense workout that will kick off your weekend in style!
